Local Jurisdiction Assistance Grant Program ("LJAGP") Direct Grant Awards can only be used for those allowable expenses identified in the Department of Cannabis Control’s Local Jurisdiction Assistance Grant Program: Guidelines and Application Instructions dated October 2021 (the “Guidelines”).

The Department held a LJAGP Direct Grant Application workshop on Friday, February 23, 2024, from 8:30am – 11:30am. The meeting was well attended and allowed potential applicants to attend in person or via Zoom.
