Performing A Search - How To Locate A Parcel Using The APN Or Address

1. Enter an APN or address and click on the magnifying glass icon 
   • Search by Address: Enter street number, street name and city (e.g. 15000 Highway 1 Gualala)
   • Search by APN: The APN must be eight digits  (e.g. 11122203). If it exceeds this length you may need to remove the last 2 numbers.
2. To unselect a parcel, click on the "X"
3. The map viewer will zoom in and center the map on the selected parcel. The following layers are automatically selected:
   • Zoning Classification
   • Assessor's Parcel Number
   • City Limits
   • Towns
4. To change the layer, click on the Layer List icon  in the top right corner
5. Once the Layer List appears, select or deselect any layer by checking or unchecking the box to the left of the subjects
6. Once all required layers are selected, click the "X" in the top right corner
7. Select the parcel and click on the More Information icon  to find out more information on the selected layers.
8. To exit out of the selected layer, click on the "X" in the top left corner
9. Use the mouse roller to zoom in and out of the map
