Performing A Search - How To Locate A Parcel Using The APN Or Address
- Enter an APN or address and click on the magnifying glass icon
- Search by Address: Enter street number, street name and city (e.g. 15000 Highway 1 Gualala)
- Search by APN: The APN must be eight digits (e.g. 11122203). If it exceeds this length you may need to remove the last 2 numbers.
- To unselect a parcel, click on the "X"
- The map viewer will zoom in and center the map on the selected parcel. The following layers are automatically selected:
- Zoning Classification
- Assessor's Parcel Number
- City Limits
- Towns
- To change the layer, click on the Layer List icon in the top right corner
- Once the Layer List appears, select or deselect any layer by checking or unchecking the box to the left of the subjects
- Once all required layers are selected, click the "X" in the top right corner
- Select the parcel and click on the More Information icon to find out more information on the selected layers.
- To exit out of the selected layer, click on the "X" in the top left corner
- Use the mouse roller to zoom in and out of the map
