Businesses operating in the unincorporated territory of Mendocino County, or contracting services directly with the County, must possess a valid and current Mendocino County Business License.  Review the Business License Ordinance for regulation, purpose, and authority. 

 To obtain a Mendocino County business license please read requirements and complete the attached Business License Application as needed.  Fees to obtain a business license are listed in the application.
