Mendocino County, CA
Home MenuADA Transition Plan
The County of Mendocino developed an ADA Transition Plan in relation to a case settlement regarding alleged failure to follow the planning processes required by law for making County facilities and programs accessible to people with disabilities.
The County's Transition Plans identify and prioritize structural barriers to access to County facilities. Within the Transition Plan documents, the barriers are prioritized with cost estimates for remediation identified. A complete and full copy of the Transition Plan is available at the Executive Office, located at 501 Low Gap Road, Room 1010, Ukiah CA.
