We kindly request our equity and non-equity applicants and licensees' assistance in filling out an important demographic information survey on behalf of the Cannabis Equity Grants Program for Local Jurisdictions. Your participation will greatly contribute to the understanding and support of diverse needs within our community.

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary, and you may choose to skip any questions that you do not wish to answer. However, the more comprehensive the data we receive, the more accurately we will understand possible community needs.
