Older adults: would you like to improve your strength, balance, and conditioning? The library, in partnership with the awesome physical therapists at the Round Valley Indian Health Center, is offering a weekly class for seniors of all fitness levels at 3:30 PM on Thursdays, at the New Life Community Church. Dress in loose, comfy clothes and good shoes so you can easily stretch and move. Please arrive 15 minutes early, at 3:15, so we can check in and get ready to move.
