This event has been made possible by the generous donation of the Rotary Club of Willits, the Friends of the Mendocino County Museum, and Roots of Motive Power.

About the Roots Steam Festival: Join Roots of Motive Power for their 41st annual Steam Festival, Saturday September 9 and Sunday September 10. Enjoy a weekend full of steam, whistles, tractors and train rides. It all happens at o 420 E. Commercial Street in Willits CA.

During the festival the Museum will host a Community Print Making station at Recreation Grove from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. September 9 and 10. Carve your block and have it printed by the Roots of Motive Power using their Buffalo Steam Roller!
