Join us as we explore the Museum’s exhibits and collections through our hands-on program:  History Makers!

Kick-off the holiday baking season by participating in the Museum’s Recipe Challenge! Adventurous bakers, Brenda Moss from Kemmy’s Pies, Mariposa Market’s Kathy Albright, and community member Nancy Walker have accepted the challenge to bake pie recipes found within the Museum Collection. Guest judges Gary Martin and Adam CeLaya will determine the top choice recipe for this fall season!

Wednesdays 1:00 – 2:00 pm starting November 9, discover the winning recipe, browse a selection of other recipes from our collection, and create your own recipe booklet. Take the recipes home to test and share with your family and friends.

History Makers! is an ongoing program which is held from 1-3 pm the first Saturday of every month and repeated weekly on Wednesdays. Be sure to check back as themes and activities change monthly.
